Legal & Compliance

Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 20, 2026

Mandatory Informed Consent & Acceptance

Under no circumstances may you utilize, interface with, or transmit data payloads through the SentinelX infrastructure without explicitly comprehending and unequivocally accepting these terms. Your initial and continued utilization of the network constitutes a legally binding, indisputable agreement to be subjected to pervasive protocol analysis, Deep Packet Inspection (DPI), dynamic path routing, and metadata logging operations. Should you dispute or reject the legitimacy or implementation of these monitoring mandates, you are strictly prohibited from establishing network connectivity.

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") form a binding legal contract between you (the "User", "you") and SentinelX by Uzumaru ("Company", "we", "us"). This document comprehensively governs your access to and manipulation of our high-assurance network proxies, routing gateways, inspection engines, and associated cryptographic assets collectively defined as the "Services".

1. Authorization for Pervasive Network Interference

SentinelX functions as an active inline security proxy and intrusion prevention architecture. By routing network traffic parameters through the Services, you issue an irrevocable authorization for the Company to transparently intercept, hold, scrutinize, computationally modify (for designated protocol compliance routing), autonomously drop, or redirect any incoming or outgoing internet packets originating from or destined to your endpoints.

You explicitly acknowledge that our eXpress Data Path (XDP) layer and eBPF-based Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) algorithms are empowered to assess your connection payloads instantaneously upon transmission. The sole objective of this examination is the absolute enforcement of the underlying communication protocol classifications, occurring asynchronously and irrespective of the numerical target port designated by the client application.

2. Administrator-Definable Policy Enforcement (GeoIP & DPI Toggles)

The functional availability of internet routing via our Services is strictly contingent upon the prevailing security policies architected by the designated network administrator.

  • Dynamic Protocol Interception: The network administrator actively orchestrates global or GeoIP-specific allowances and restrictions. Our DPI engine persistently hunts for, and enforces structural conformity against, a matrix of protocol signatures. These managed signatures encompass, but are not limited to: Email (SMTP over port 25/587/465), SOCKS5 Proxy, Encrypted Proxies (FET, V2Ray, Shadowsocks), WireGuard VPN protocols, QUIC/HTTP3 multiplexed streams, and standardized HTTP/HTTPS web sessions.
  • Sinkholing & Auditing: Administrator policies may unilaterally mandate that traffic categorized under certain topologies (e.g., social, financial, or unapproved geographical jurisdictions such as CN, RU, KP) be aggressively sinkholed or quietly diverted to a secondary outbound interface where comprehensive logging methodologies are applied prior to terminal egress.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

In consideration of utilizing the Services, you covenant not to engage in, facilitate, or orchestrate any actions that contravene the following strictures. Violation of this AUP constitutes a material breach of this Agreement, enabling SentinelX to terminate your integration instantaneously without right to recourse.

You are strictly forbidden from:

  • Protocol Obfuscation: Engineering, deploying, or utilizing cryptographic obfuscation mechanisms, tunneling layers, or payload-mangling tools that are designed with the premeditated intent to circumvent, blind, or corrupt the accuracy of the SentinelX DPI classifier.
  • Resource Starvation and Volumetric Assaults: Attempting to overwhelm, desynchronize, or exhaust the operational thresholds of our XDP filters or kernel memory allocations via SYN floods, volumetric DDoS vectors, slowloris behaviors, or excessively iterated connection instantiation loops.
  • Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, probing, mapping, or otherwise reverse-engineering the eBPF operational logic, the spatial structure of the DPI rulesets, the logging buffer allocations, or the decision matrix engine orchestrating traffic redirection.
  • Malicious Payloads: Willfully formulating, wrapping, or transmitting zero-day exploit payloads, malicious shellcode, embedded malware, or malformed packets expressly parameterized to exploit hypothetical vulnerabilities within the packet inspection gateway apparatus itself.
  • Bypassing Policy Configurations: Utilizing unauthorized network infrastructure topologies—such as initializing an unapproved WireGuard endpoint, or purposely bridging connections to access implicitly denied geographic jurisdictions—in direct opposition to the restrictive protocol framework dictated by the active organizational DPI policy.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES, INCLUDING THE DEEP PACKET INSPECTION ENGINES, ROUTING INTERFACES, AND BLOCKING ALGORITHMS, ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS," "WHERE IS," AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, DEVOID OF ANY GUARANTEES. SENTINELX BY UZUMARU EXPRESSLY NEGATES AND DISCLAIMS ALL APPLICABLE WARRANTIES, WHETHER STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS IN NO WAY LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS, AND UNINTERRUPTED STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY. WE ATTEST ZERO ASSURANCE THAT OUR THREAT SIGNATURES WILL ACCURATELY INTERCEPT ALL EXISTING OR FUTURE MALFORMED THREAT VECTORS, NOR DO WE WARRANT THAT LEGITIMATE, BENIGN TRAFFIC WILL NEVER BE ERRONEOUSLY FLAGGED, SINKHOLED, OR DROPPED RESULTING IN CONNECTIVITY OUTAGES.

5. Total Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM THRESHOLD PERMITTED BY THE GOVERNING JURISDICTION, UNDER NO LEGAL DOCTRINE, STATUTE, OR CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) SHALL SENTINELX, ITS SOVEREIGN OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR DIRECTORS BE RENDERED LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLAR, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS COMPREHENDS, WITHOUT BORDER, SEVERE LOSS OF COMMERCIAL PROFITS, CORPORATE REPUTATION, PRODUCTION DATA OR INTANGIBLE ASSETS, AND BUSINESS INTERRUPTIONS ARISING DIRECTLY OR COLLATERALLY FROM FALSE POSITIVES (WHERE VITAL LEGITIMATE DATA IS BLOCKED), ALGORITHMIC LATENCIES, LOGGING FAILURES, OR ANY GENERAL INABILITY TO ACCESS THE NETWORK SERVICES.

6. Comprehensive Indemnification

You agree to resolutely defend, unconditionally indemnify, and hold harmless SentinelX, alongside its parent entities, subsidiaries, corporate officers, engineering contractors, and operational agents, from any and all third-party litigations, legal encumbrances, financial damages, regulatory fines, and administrative costs (expressly including reasonable, sustained attorneys' fees). This indemnification is triggered if such liabilities arise out of, directly correlate to, or manifest as a consequence of your breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, your insertion of non-compliant infrastructure routing, or your deliberate transmission of legally compromised data protocols that draw adversarial legal action against SentinelX.

7. Governing Law and Arbitrational Mandate

The structural interpretation, legal validity, and continuous performance of this Agreement shall be uniquely governed by, and construed strictly in harmony with, the substantive laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. This condition operates completely without prejudice to any established conflict of law paradigms that would otherwise orchestrate the application of the legal codes of any alternative jurisdiction.

Any irreconcilable controversy, dispute, or legal friction originating from or relating fundamentally to the Services or this Agreement shall be resolved definitively and exclusively through confidential, binding arbitration executed under the rigorously codified rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

8. Severability & Entirety of Agreement

Should any arbitrator or court of competent judicature declare any isolated clause or provision within this Agreement to be invalid, illegal, or constitutionally unenforceable, that singular determination shall not in any capacity taint, invalidate, or render unenforceable the remaining corpus of this Agreement. The surviving provisions shall remain robustly active in full force and effect. This document consolidates the complete, exhaustive, and conclusive understanding between the User and SentinelX, definitively superseding all historical or contemporaneous communications, verbal guarantees, and provisional proposals.

9. Discretionary Enforcement Protocols

Infractions detected against these Terms will automatically and symmetrically result in the immediate forfeiture and revocation of your access capabilities. SentinelX vigorously preserves the uncompromising authority to report malicious infrastructural transgressions, coupled with the evidentiary Connection Metadata, to top-tier cyber authorities, internet service providers, and sovereign cyber-defense jurisdictions, to ensure the macroscopic integrity of our operational environment.
